No treatment goes ahead without a consultation first.
On the telephone, before you book
If you want to talk something through first — whether a treatment is right for you, what it involves, anything you are taking — call the clinic and ask. You do not need an appointment to have that conversation, and there is nothing to pay for it.
At the clinic, before your treatment
Book online and your consultation happens at the start of that appointment: your history, your medication, your goals and a suitability check, with the practitioner, before anything begins. It is included in the price and the appointment is long enough for it.
How online booking works

- Pick a date and time that suits you
- Give us the contact details we need
- Pay, and read the terms before you do
- Consultation at the clinic, then your treatment
What the online step asks for
Only a name, an email address and a telephone number — enough to hold the appointment and confirm it. Please do not put medical history into the booking form or the contact form. That belongs in the consultation, where it is discussed with the practitioner and stays with the clinic.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Contact AGlow as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. The terms that apply to a particular booking are shown during booking and repeated in the confirmation you receive.
