Treatment descriptions, durations and prices can change. What is right for you is decided at your consultation with the practitioner, not here.

Prices are in pounds sterling. Appointments and orders are paid in full online when you book or order, on Stripe’s secure payment page, and the price you pay is fixed at that moment. Cancellations and refunds are set out in the booking and cancellation and delivery and returns pages.

Your confirmation email contains a private link to manage your booking or order. Keep it to yourself: anyone who has it can see and cancel the booking or order, although a refund only ever goes back to the card or account that paid. If you think somebody else has it, call the clinic on 07586 609909.

Booking or paying does not create a right to receive a treatment. The clinic may postpone, adapt or decline a treatment where suitability, safety, consent, supply, prescribing, insurance or professional requirements are not met.

Where that happens you will be offered another time or a full refund of what you paid.

Product descriptions, ingredients and directions come from the manufacturer or the supplier. Please read the packaging, and ask the clinic or another qualified professional if you have a question about allergies, sensitivities or how something should be used.

Nothing on this page excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud — and nothing limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
